General Rules

1. If you are going to quit WOE, do not post a thread about it.
2. We encourage our members to make good use of our visitor messaging feature and private messaging. All rules still apply to visitor and private messages.
3. We strictly will not tolerate the use of impersonation throughout our forums. If you are caught pretending to be another member, or staff member, you and your own account will be banned. Please report anyone you suspect is impersonating another member. We want to ensure that nobody pretends to be you and frame you for something you haven't done.
4. If you see someone breaking a forum rule, instead of [Backseat Modding] and taking the matter into your own hands, use the Report button in the offending post. Posting "don't mean to backseat mod, but..." is considered backseat modding as well.
5. There is no need to beg or flame a staff member to make you a moderator. Whining or showing obvious disappointment in not being chosen as a mod can affect your chances at becoming a moderator.
6. Multiple accounts are prohibited here at WOE. If you are banned, or have been suspended, please do not register another account and clog up our systems. If you have a family member or relative living in your household, please tell them to register under a different account, and please notify a staff member.
7. If you wish to change your title, please send a PM to an Admin, and we will review your request, and grant or deny it as needed.
   
   

Posting Rules

1. Advertising is not allowed in any way, shape, or form, whether it be in posting, PM's, or VM's. Advertising will result in automatic account Suspension.
2. Flaming will not be tolerated. Flaming is personal attacks on other citizens of cyberspace. A flame is the kind of message which attacks not your opinion, but your personality, your looks, your personal habits and your dog's behaviour. In other words flaming has a lot to do with emotional responses, and nothing to do with reasonable disagreement.
3. WOE is a site for Teens and kids. . The site's main focus is to a PG/PG-13 Audience.
4. Bumping and Double Posting. Bumping can only be used once every 24 hours. You may not double post, as it causes spam. If you need to add something to a post, use the edit button.
5. Spamming: Spamming is the posting of useless, offtopic, or unneeded posts. Some examples of spam are:

6. Personal Information . This includes, but is not limited to, phone numbers, addresses, school names and team names.
   If you reveal your personal facts to someone outside of WOE, we can not be held responsible for actions taken outside of the forums.

Signature Rules

1. Signature images should not exceed the limit of 500 pixels (wide) x 250 pixels (tall) and you are allowed 1 single image (of that size). Any larger images must be uploaded through the albums or through another hosting site. Below is the appropriate size for a signature image.
   
2. If found violating these rules, the moderators will give you a PM warning. If you still have not changed your signature, the moderators have full rights to remove the signature. We will message you the signature before removing it, to ensure it is not lost.
